Strengths: easy to use and clean. comes apart to put in dishwasher.
Weaknesses: must be monitored constantly.
Summary: I like this item. If you really like bacon but don't like cooking it, this make it easy. you just have to use it a few times so you can get it just right. the first time I used it I over cooked my bacon but got a good sense of how to use it. Takes about 4 minutes to cook a full tray of bacon. The key is you have to take it out halfway through and turn the trays around so it won't be cooked more on one side than the other. Also great if you just want a few pieces to make a sandwich or put on a hamburger. I'm glad I bought it.
