Strengths: This amp has a great sound and decent punch for a practice amp.
Weaknesses: One knob for 4 effects seems a little impractical.
Summary: 2007-02-28 04:36:23 I bought this amp because it sounded terrific in the store. In terms of sound quality, it smokes the little Fenders with 10 inch speakers. It has more power than most 10 inch practice amps. I normally use vintage Fender tube amps, and with the FDD control on this amp sounds sweet & almost tubelike(unlike the thin, brittle solid state sound).I'm getting great sounds for blues, rock & jazz with a crappy Squier. (I can't wait to play my Gibson thru it.)The reverb is good; I don't really use the other effects.I would use this amp for small clubs. Rating: 9+

Strengths: Loud, great sound, nice size.
Weaknesses: ...not many weaknesses
Summary: As a Marshall, this amp is LOUD. It's only 30 watts and really isn't that big...but man can this thing scream. It's a great buy, too. I used it in a huge high school gymnasium during a game and had no trouble projecting sound. GREAT BUY!

Strengths: Easy to create the original CD sounds
Weaknesses: nothing
Summary: I did not expected to be able to get the real Marshall sound easily like this at this pricing before purchase. This model could be used for small and middle concert hall.
