Weaknesses: All - the product doesn't work. A waste of time and money.
Summary: Owners of these have been FUMING on the Philips support forums for more than a year. They simply don't work. They crash (!) playing many DVD's, they freeze randomly, etc.
Philips has admitted these problems exist (and did so in mid 2005) but has ignored all requests for a fix, while continuing to sell them.
In all seriousness - look at the support forums before you buy one of these. You'll see furious customer after furious customer.
The device is absolutely unuseable as a consumer product.
