1 Star Review1 key stops working
Strengths: part of a pretty good system
Weaknesses: 1 key stops working, displays go out after a few months
Summary: Everything in this handset is promising, BUT as other reviewers have noted the '1' key stops working AND the display deteriorates and starts flickering. I think a competitive company should make their own version of the product, as there is a small business market for this kind of automated attendant system. Only one of 5 failed handsets fell under the warranty period and the one that was repaired by Panasonic under warranty took 8 weeks to fix! Horrible.

Strengths: None
Weaknesses: #1 on handset keypad stops working.
Summary: I have seen several complaints on the internet that the #1 on the handsets stops working rendering them useless. I have this phone and I highly recomend that you do not buy it. I called Panasonic and they have have no solution other than paying them to fix the problem they created.

2 Star ReviewOwner of 2 very good auto repair shops in Fort Worth, Texas (Honda, Acura, Lexus and Toyota)
Strengths: Built in phone to phone intercom, good signal for a full block from my business(1500 feet), very clear reception.
Weaknesses: #1 Key stops working after 4-5 months, and on the phones that #1 has worked longer get staticy, I can hear but my customer can not. I still have 18 dead handsets out of warranty in the last 5 years.
Summary: If Panasonic would make the case a little more tough (rubber case), build in a heavier duty belt clip instead of the clip on one that actually works pretty good, fix the #1 key problem, the word would get around and Panasonic would be the winner!
