Strengths: Fairly lightweight, relatively inexpensive.
Weaknesses: Auger must be purchased separately (2" - 10") and cost about half of the price of the main unit.
Summary: I bought this unit mainly for planting trees and for fence post holes. Although I've just had at a short time, it seems powerful enough for small jobs. Having never had one of these units before, it is tough to compare it however. Fairly easy to operate out of the box.
