Strengths: none Weaknesses: everything, bad software, bad support HP Summary: stay away from this product. it is the worst printer ever made. HP released this printer before they had the proper supporting software. This thing will not let you add a wireless printer once the software has installed via the wizard, and no you cannot uninstall and reinstall. utter garbage. RAR2009 Member Since: Feb 2009 View Member's: Reviews Product Experience: 1 Month	Officejet Pro L7780 all in one goes offline Strengths: Quite a fast printer Weaknesses: Makes too much noise Summary: Some time ago I’ve purchased an L7780 Printer. I’ve installed all the drivers according to the described procedure and everything works fine, quite fast printing but a little bit to noisy. Anyway, one week ago I replaced my old PC and I’ve tried to install the same printer to the new computer (USB connection). Installation goes fine, everything seems to work properly. Next day: I came in the office and try to print something, printer is offline. Trying to put it on line, not working, reinstall the driver. Update to the new driver, trying to find an answer on google. I’ve done everything that I could to make this printer staying online. Every morning the same error (printer offline). Almost to return the printer, one more try: make the usb connection with the printer not from USB ports located behind the PC, but using instead an internal USB HUB (BELKIN sorry for advertising). Next morning, printer is on line like it should be. ikazim Member Since: Aug 2008 View Member's: Reviews Product Experience: 1 Year	OCR Software Problem Strengths: Failed from Printer Weaknesses: drivers and software weakness Summary: I purchased this printer, but some relocate our office, the Printer CD misplaced, I downloaded the drivers from HP Site, but OCR software is not working properly, before I was load document in printer and just press scan, it was automatically convert in PDF, or Word, etc, but now when I press scan button, the message is showing "The Software is not installed" from where I'll enable to download OCR Software for this printer.
