Summary: My wife purchased this product for me on my birthday. When it arrived it wouldn't read the disc. I took it to an autherized repair facility on the 8th of October. They kept it for about 2 months before deciding they couldn't repair it and forwarded it to Lawrenceville Ga for repair at the factory. They sent it back to me about a week later, It still would not read a DVD disc. I packaged it up and sent it back to the factory on the 10th of January 2004. After about two weeks I received a call from Steve Selk, their rep who told me that they were going to replace it. That was three or four weeks ago. It is now the 19th of February and I still haven't received the replacement.
