Strengths: Best price. Great picture. Full HD - 1080p. Easy contol and all the essential I/O ports. 0% interest for a year at Circuit City.
Weaknesses: Contrast not quite as good as other HDTVs
Summary: The only time you will notice that the blacks are a little bit grey is when the lights are off and there is a dark scene. Not a big problem for most of us. You will be blown-away by the color and clarity. I haven't really used the built-in sound since the first hour or so that I had it, but I thought that was pretty good.
Someone complained on another review site that the VGA port only allows 800x600 resoultion, but that is simply ridiciulous. You can get it all the way up to its limits with the right video card in your computer (1920x1080). I have mine set to 1366x768 because anything higher I cannot read from the couch.
