Summary: 2004-09-09 19:59:31 Ordered 6 days ago and processing and shipping only took 3 days. Haven't found any dead pixels yet. Images look very sharp. I had a problem with the display at first but I figured out later that it's because of my low-end laptop video card. This LCD doesn't have DVI input, however, for the price I got it for ($277 no tax no shipping charge, fast shipping and handling) I could hardly ask for more.

Strengths: Crystal clear and sharp picture

Weaknesses: None so far

Summary: Received this monitor from Tiger Direct. No dead pixels which was great considering that most vendors I've dealt with have sent me monitors with at least one dead pixel.

The contrast ratio makes this a great monitor to use in bright surroundings. Allows one to dim screen low enough.

Will be buying another one thanks to the unbeatable price of $200 after rebate.

Fist of all I had ZERO dead pixels on this unit!!! ...

Strengths: Very bright, sharp picture, no ghosting, under $200 AR

Weaknesses: None

Summary: Fist of all I had ZERO dead pixels on this unit!!!

Set it up in 5 minutes, turned on the CPU, hit the auto adjust button, and I was all set!

Speakers are junk but I did not plan on using them anyway.

Better looking in person then in the online pics!

Great LCD if you do not need DVI.. Pick one or two of these up and you will not be dissapointed...

For under $200.00 AR you cannot beat this deal!!!

Weaknesses: 1 year warranty. No DVI

It is very affordable price. and Response time is ...

Strengths: Crystal clear, and very bright, no dead pixel.

Weaknesses: Too bright, but you can adjust brightness through turbo key as well as brightness level control in main menu. Just push the 'turbo' button and select economy. The brightness will be much desirable.

Summary: It is very affordable price. and Response time is 16ms which is fast enough, so that when you play fast moving game, you almost don't see the ghost effect.

I think that this is one of the best buy comparing to other 17 LCDs in this price range.
