Strengths: Voice commands, voice quality, battery life, and range are all excellent.
Weaknesses: The flashing blue light indicating that you are on the phone may be a little distracting to others around you. The concept makes sense though. Other than that, the headset is the best!
Summary: I'm not sure what everyone else is talking about, but the voice command feature works excellent! Since you also have to activate this feature on your phone, maybe they didn't configure their phone properly.

Strengths: simple design, no technical problems getting it up and running
Weaknesses: annoying blue light driving at night
Summary: I just started using this unit the past few days and it is my first foray into bluetooth headsets. That being said, I'm enjoying the wireless world in my car - no earbuds getting caught in the mesh between the seats, no pulling sensation on the ear. Just a light little thing dangling on my ear. At night the blue blinking light can be annoying in a dark car, as it reflects off the surfaces in the car and just hits your peripheral vision.

Strengths: The voice quality is just great, the rechargeable batteries makes it stand shoulders above the compitetion
Weaknesses: Can be a bit loose around the ears at time
Summary: Great product, works just fine even in airports where overhead paging systems would create a problem, the system filters it all out providing a clear audio every time.

Weaknesses: none
Summary: This is a great product and I have recommended it to a number of my friends. It is easy to set up and use all the functions like call waiting and conference calling. IT really helps to have hands free communication.

Strengths: Long battery life, easy configuration, great overall value.
Weaknesses: old Motorola two prong power plug, not as good as USB.
Summary: For the money, you can't beat this headset. battery life is great (6 hours talk, 100 hour stand by), reception is good, voice pick up is good(unless in noisy environment), and volume is pretty good too. I would like to see them use the new USB connection over this old two prong plug. The problem is over time the two prong will fail to make a good connection and you find yourself doing the plug, unplug, wiggle, wiggle thing. Just a bad design that Moto has pretty much discontinued on their cell phones. With the price though, ..... I can easily deal with that (I paid $26 w/S&H)! I would definitely recommend this product to the average cell phone consumer that wants reliable, yet very affordable wireless headset capabilities.

3 Star ReviewHeadset Review
Strengths: Low Price Easy to operate
Weaknesses: Echo: the receiver and microphone are so close together that if you have the volume at or near the loudest it can go, the voice from the receiver is recycled into the microphone. This causes a problem
Summary: This product is satisfactory for the price, but has problems that make its use somewhat annoying at times (See weaknesses section). I would recommend this because of the low price, but be aware of the issues that come with it. It may be worth while to spend more money to get a different model and eliminate these problems.

3 Star ReviewGood for the price
Strengths: Light, fits well, pairs up quickly with the RAZR, good price for the cost (got it under $30)
Weaknesses: Very low volume, difficult to hear on a busy street
Summary: The only problem I have with this headset is that the volume is pretty low for hearing. The other side hears well but I cant - except behind close doors. Thats probably because the headset is not designed to fit into the ear as some others. It pairs up nicely with my RAZR, works well on a good distance from the phone (20 ft). Some people have complained about the blue light flashing, it really isn't that bad, it actually adds a zing to it and isnt really as big to annoy anyone.

Strengths: Strong signal, light weight sometimes i forgot that it is on my ear
Weaknesses: Have not found one so far
Summary: I like this bluetooth. It is very easy to set up with my RAZR. Excellent for its price. FYI, when you set up this headset, you have to hold the MFC button while your cell phone searching for this device.

Strengths: Good volume and clarity on both sides. Simple function Long battery life
Weaknesses: Crackling with weak BT connection, rare connection drop.
Summary: I paired the HS820 with Motorola V551 which I returned and Nokia 6230 which I have now. (I returned V551 for wanting the calling card functionality hoping 6230 has it. Unfortunately it doesn't)

Voice Quality - I think the HS820 works better with the 6230 than V551. Good clarity, voice dialing works flawlessly and can even hear MP3 and video sound through the headset. Pairing is easy and effortless with both phones.

Look and Feel - Its pretty nice and looks space age. The feel is of a very good make and does not seem a cheap work at all.

The Blue Light - Some people have mentioned in their reviews that the blue light blinks continously but its not true. It stops blinking when no activity is detected for 5 mins. Also there is a way to turn it off before a call.

Fitting - Could have been better but is not bad at all. People with smaller earlobes could have a problem. I consider myself having an average sized earlobe an need some adjustment from time to time. Have to be careful while wearing jackets or hood, especially if your ears are numb cause of cold or somethin. But this is probably true for other headsets too.

Strengths: very good connection with phone; audio quality is very good.
Weaknesses: Slight feedback with hearing aid. No feeback to let you know when it connects to the phone.
Summary: I find this headset to be one of the best I've ever used; I wear "completely in the canal" hearing aids, and unless there both the hearing aid and HS820 are firmly against each other, there is a slight feedback. Fortunately, this doesn't happen too often, and is easy to correct.

The only thing I have any complaint about is that there is no feedback when the phone and HS820 mate. To be sure of the connection, you have to look at the phone to see if the Bluetooth connection icon is there.

Also the multifunction button takes a bit of getting used to. To make a voice-dial call, press the button very briefly. If you hold it too long, it will cause the phone to redial the last number dialed. And if you hold it even too much longer than that, it will hang up. After two or three tries, it's a learned habit and not a problem.

Strengths: Small, light weight, great audio quality, excellent talk time and most importantly, great connection with phone.
Weaknesses: Problem with voice command with the phone.
Summary: Being a small and light weight, makes this headset very comfortable to used and wear. It does need some getting used to with the mutifunction button, but it is well worth it and lastly, it has a better connection than the original Motorola Bluetooth headset.

Strengths: lightweight, comfortable, sounds great on my end
Weaknesses: could be a bit louder, can't tell if it's on or off
Summary: This is my first bluetooth headset and I must say that I'm quite pleased. It's great not to have to fuss with a corded headset. It's comfortable to wear and works well. The sound is very clear. When I'm driving at highway speeds, I wish it could go one notch louder. (Maybe it's my car.) Otherwise, volume is no problem. The people I talk to have no trouble hearing me although a few have commented that I sound a little "far away". The battery life is good and the headset charges quickly. The multifunction button takes some getting used to. The flashing blue light is not much help, draws attention, and even with it, when it's been sitting on my desk or in my car I can't tell if the headset's on or off. I get some static starting at about 25 ft., but in my car or closer than that, the phone link is very good (Motorola V505).

Overall, I'm very pleased with this headset and my complaints are minor ones.

Strengths: seems to have a good range, very comfortable, battery life is acceptable (about 4+ hours), just 2 to recharge.
Weaknesses: microphone only picks up your voice if you yell.
Summary: the person you are talking to cannot hear you unless you talk uncomfortably loud, nearly yelling. Its difficult to hear the other person unless you press the phone into your ear sometimes. I was told by the people i talk to on the phone to "get rid of it." The blinking light is annoying. At night, people in other cars look right away because there is a large blue beacon on my head.

It has a lot of good points mentioned above. I would keep it and use it if not for the microphone volume. This is a fatal weakness.

Strengths: Enough range. Battery life is OK. Lightweight.
Weaknesses: Weak microphone. Doesn’t working very well with cell phone’s voice command feature.
Summary: This is my first bluetooth headset, so I have no comparison with other. However, I'm not fully satisfied. I'm using it with my new Nokia 6620. The reception audio is clear but not loud enough. The microphone is very weak and pickup too much noise. The blinking large blue light is annoying too. Overall, it works but is not great.
