Strengths: Light weight, easy to hold - fits comfortably in the palm of your hand.
Weaknesses: The only thing that could make this product better is to have a larger digital readout (but with 50+ year-old eyes, what do you expect us to say).
Summary: We recently redid our phone service (as well as TV and Computer) to Verizon FIOS and were unsatisfied with the sound - UNTIL we purchased this product. This phone has plenty of features; it is easy to set up, and the manual is easy to read. It comes with a "Quick Set-up Guide" for those who do not like to read manuals. We like this phone so much that we are replacing all of our phones - but we bought the last one on the shelf! While this phone has many great features, the ones we like the best are the phone book options, voice mail options, ringer and colored light options, speaker phone - but we're just getting started. We consider ourselves "average" when it comes to using new technology, and this was a piece of cake to set up.

Strengths: Phone book, loud speaker, message ID.
Weaknesses: None
Summary: I live in the school dorm. The school use the last five numbers for inter-school call. However, the phone system shows full length phone number on caller ID. Therefore, the incoming call can't match with the phone book, and can't recognize who is calling. This phone is the only phone that can do this job well. Other features, like loud speaker, message ID for voice mail box are also useful.

Strengths: Signal strength, speakerphone
Weaknesses: Haven't found any yet
Summary: Had to buy a new phone because my wi-fi was interfering with my old corless phone. This phone has great sound quality. I like the choice of multiple ringers - including several classical tunes. The base has a locator button and the handset has a convenient speakerphone and memory to store contact numbers.

Weaknesses: none for a simple home use phone

Strengths: 1. Good call quality.
2. 50 number memory.
3. Long range.
4. Easy interface.
5. Can use different caller tones.
6. Caller IDs in color a novelty!
Weaknesses: 1. You need a key press to see how many calls missed.
2. Reception can be a bit crackly sometimes.
Summary: 2008-04-15 18:57:16 I have been using its predecessor for 4 years, and this model is similar. It works flawlessly so far. There seems to be improvements in range and reception quality. All in all, good bang for the buck.
I would not hesitate to recommend it as a great phone - it also comes with an answering machine combo in other models. I'd say the $50 price is justified considering its quality. The accompanying manual is quite explanatory.

Strengths: Clear as a bell, even 50' away from the base; good talk and standby times; customizable ringers and ring colors; speakerphone on the handset; stylish.
Weaknesses: No backlit keypad; could use a little higher maximum volume.
Summary: Our old 2.4GHz cordless was on the verge of dying, so we decided it was time for an upgrade. We compared features, prices, and reviews, and eventually settled on this Panny KX-TG6021M, the base model in the KX-TG60XX line. This particular model doesn't come with an integrated answering machine, which was fine for us as we have voicemail through our phone service. This phone does have all the features we would want, such as Caller ID, Call Waiting Caller ID, handset speakerphone, phonebook sharing, intercom, message-waiting alert, alarm, and an internal antenna.
The handset has pretty good talk and standby times (listed to be 5 hours and 11 days, respectively, and our experience has been fairly close to that), and it looks to be able to withstand occasional droppage. I've taken the handset out to the middle of the parking lot behind our house, which I approximate to be at least 50' away from the base, and the signal is just as loud and clear as 5' away. I must say that I was impressed; clarity and range are my biggest sticking points with cordless units. If I had to list any negatives, I'd point out the lack of a backlit keypad on the handset. That, and the maximum volume setting (both earpiece and speaker) seems a bit low. Other than those it's hard to complain.
Panasonic makes some great cordless phones, and this one is no exception. It easily outperforms other phones in its price range, and can even compete with phones double its cost in clarity and range.
