Strengths: Great wireless remote/mouse; great range
Weaknesses: cheapie keyboard; proprietary RF, not bluetooth; no IR blasters
Summary: I was using a Microsoft Media Center remote and keyboard setup previously, but had so many issue of having to point the IR directly at the IR receiver. I also didn't like having to pull out the keyboard everytime I needed mouse functionality. This seemed like a great setup, as the remote control had a gyroscope inside, allowing it to act as a mouse. The keyboard, however, is kind of flimsy, and small. I prefer the microsoft media center keyboard, but this one works just fine. The remote/mouse is great! It takes some getting used to, but once you do, it works as advertised. It has all the same media-center buttons that are on the microsoft media-center mouse. The RF works great as well. I have the PC in a closet, and the USB dongle is plugged into a USB port on the back of the computer. It has not problem receiving the signal thru the computer, thru the closet door, and across 15-foot of room!
