Strengths: Small, quiet, inexpensive
Weaknesses: Hard to get CPU heat sink onto processor, need to manually set the jumpers to get correct CPU speed.
Summary: I'm buying my third of these - I use 2 24-7 in my MythTV media center and they work great! Right now you can get great deals on socket A processers, too.
