Summary: I got this as a present from my spouse and am using this on a daily basis to check the patients. It is very durable, accurate. I can clearly hear the lung sounds. It also came with additional ear plugs and a name plate. I use it at the clinic and also in the hospital during the rounds. It features tunable diaphragm that conveniently alternates between low and high frequency sounds with a simple pressure change on the chestpiece, nonchill rim and diaphragm. It is also little bit on the heavier side for me
