 Nice looking Home Theater Strengths: Nice looking home theater with great audio possibilities. Easy connections with TV and other equipment. HDMI connection.
Weaknesses: DVD player. Rejects to play home-made DVD movies and even some commercial DVD's.
Summary: This is a great looking Home Theater system. It design match my new Samsung DLP 50" TV. The speaker cords are long enough to place speakers in your room (may be too long). The sound are really beautiful. Especially for movie mode. When playing audio CD sound is not so impressive. DVD player is not so complicated, may be because Samsung had not enough space to install all required components in this enclosure. Failed to play some movie DVD's (for example House of Flying Daggers) or freezes frames while playing. Regects to play my home-made DVD videos (sometimes plays, but freezing frames drives me crazy). Had to put my Pioneer DVD player in media center (with cable box and VCR) to be able to show my home videos to friends. DVD plays NTSC and PAL DVD's without any problems.
