dgache Member Since: Jun 2007 View Member's: Reviews Product Experience: 30 Days	A Great Box For The Price Strengths: 5-disk changer/player; wireless surround kit; auxiliary (cable box) sound input/decoding; ease of 5.1 speaker set up and modification when the situation dictates; number of pre-programed sound fields. Weaknesses: None, really. Summary: This is a great machine for a low budget family room system. The wireless surround kit can be set up manually for those who like higher rear sound volumes or adjusted automatically with the provided microphone. The speakers provide excellent sound quality in a Dolby 5.1, stereo or mono environment. The 5-disk changer is easy to select and maneuver through. The wireless surround kit is extremely reliable, requires line of sight. You will have to run cable (provided) between the IR receiver and the two (left and right) rear speakers, though. Overall I am very pleased with the quality and reliability and would recommend this or any other similar Sony product. 100% of People (3/3) found this review helpful. Weaknesses: No input jacks for auxiliary components. Summary: This is a good system at a good price. Could have been a great system with just a little more work.
