Strengths: Sharp color, glass panel, touch sense control, easy to navigate and setup
Weaknesses: Nothing so much
Summary: I bought this TV for my parents and it's been working great so far! Very sharp color especially when hook up with PC or game console. I am very satisfy with the graphics although I don't plan to use it much to play games as it's purchased for my parents. The colors are very sharp and it's definitely recommended for those who wants it to play game or hook up with PC. The glass panel is also a plus on the TV as it adds a bit more depth to the picture and make it look more realistic. It's easy to setup and the menus are easy to navigate. Even my parents think it's easy to use! The blue light underneath the screen adds a bit of cyber feel when turning on or off the TV. I would recommend this TV if it falls into the price range of other major brand TV.

Strengths: Picture looks sharp and is fantastic
Weaknesses: Might be priced higher than some want to pay for a 40inch lcd
Summary: This Samsung is a truly great 40 INCH LCD tv that offers sensational viewing potential for a reasonable price at around $1400. For what you get at that price, I'll say its a price worth paying. Its a full black design that looks sensational. A 178 degree viewing angle and Wide Colur Enhancer feature make pictures sharp and clear. Details It has a 1080P resolution that offers a brilliant contrast of 15000:1 that is truly great viewing as the colours really stand out. Samsungs ensures that pictures are not distorted by environment light. The televisions of Samsung offer an incomparable image quality, which can be optimized still further for plays. Thus a larger horizontal sharpness and a faster response time are made possible with the plays. In addition its powerful Surround sound provides for a magic world of the miracles of full tension and fun. Optimizes for the XBOX 360! Samsung televisions are equipped with a system for virtual Surround sound. With this technology a 3D-Sound can be produced, without having to use satellite boxes or center Channel loudspeakers. Sources without Surround sound are automatically converted into a virtual Surround sound. Thereby the user can enjoy the experience of a perfect 360-Grade Surround sound system. Installation We found installation was simple and the instructions were easy and straight cut. Remote control worked perfectly. Verdict Is this worth buying, in my opinion surely!

Strengths: Brightness, contrast ratio, visual appeal and comparable value.
Weaknesses: None.
Summary: After researching plasma versus LCD TVs we decided on the LCD based on the amount of light present where the TV would reside. Even with a 20 sq. foot window right next to the TV the picture does not fade. We were able to do a side-by-side comparison of this unit to a Sony 40" with 10,000 to one contrast ratio and without a doubt the better picture came from the Samsung. The visual appeal of the unit is also a positive. With the speakers underneath, the screen does not look disproportionately rectangular. Last, the price was similar if not better to similar LCD TVs and setup was a breeze.

Strengths: Great Black levels, Great sound, 1080p, Quick and easy to setup
Weaknesses: TV Buttons are hard to see.
Summary: Replaced this tv with my old 32 vizio. Like the black finish around the tv. Picture looks amazing with the ps3 and a blu-ray movie. Has fast and easy menu to navigate. Like how the TV is movable with left to right on the stand.The sound is great compared to other tv i got like the sharp and vizio. One thing i did not like was the buttons on the tv are hard to see when it is dark but there a touch sensible so no need to press button just put finger on top of the button. Overall
great product and perfect size for a 1080p display.

Strengths: gorgeous picture, great sound, ease of use

Summary: I bought this Samsung LN-T4066F HD TV after much research into HD TV's and learning the difference between 720P, 1080I and 1080P. The search was narrowed down to Sony or Samsung 1080P LCD and due to the size of our room, we chose a 40 inch to replace our old style 30 inch. We bought the Samsung due to the price difference. We saw it go on sale on the day after Thanksgiving and bought it, brought it home and hooked it to our cable, surround sound and DVD and plugged it in and it was absolutely beautiful with no change to the standard settings. The picture is great. It is TV viewing at a totally new level. We had problems with glare on our old TV, but none with this one. We use our surround sound for football and movies, but use the sound from the TV for regular shows and it is very good quality.
This is a high quality, good looking TV at a good price and a big plus for me was that I usually have trouble learning the remote controls to any new electronics but this one was easy to use - even for me. I'm looking forward to a long cold winter of great TV watching. If you buy this TV, you will not be disappointed.

Strengths: Crystal clear picture, , quick set up, easy menus, great extensibility.
Weaknesses: none.
Summary: Got this on Black Friday from Best buy. I spent 5 minutes to set it up. Without cable service, I used an air antenna, some 1080i channels already look great! There are many hook ups at the back of the TV for all kinds of video source. Hooking up the PC and DVD is easy.
Highly recommend this TV. You won't get disappointed!

Summary: After months of debating over which TV to purchase, I settled on this one and was not dissapointed. There were no others that can compare to this when it comes to color rendition, ease of connectivity and the wonderful detail that 1080p has to offer. You will not be unhappy with this purchase at all.

Strengths: Great picture with awesome blacks and details.
Weaknesses: Samsung customer service is pretty poor.
Summary: I had to replace my original set due to a problem that Samsung knew about. It took 6 weeks before the exchange was finally arranged, and the new set I received had the same issues. If it wasn't for the fact that this TV can't be beaten for the price, I'd have looked elsewhere just to avoid Samsung.
That being said, the TV is worth the risk. The new 71 series is out, so these 61/65/66 sets can be purchased at great discounts. The picture quality on these things, though is incredible. There is a special panel in front of the screen that increases the contrast ratio and really helps produce better colors and deeper blacks. The only downside is that the special panel is reflective, which can cause a glare. In my home, the glare is not nearly as bad as a CRT or a plasma set, but depending on where you put yours, your milleage may vary.

Strengths: Great resolution, refresh rate, color and tint

Summary: Worked great right out of the box. Refresh rate is incredible, the picture does not lag at all, like others I have researched. I highly suggest this product for purchase.

Summary: Got this TC about a month ago. The picture quality is phenomenal. went into BEST BUY to buy a SONY Bravia, but came out with this TV. After bringing it home definitely think I made the right choice.
