Strengths: Price, Inputs
Weaknesses: seperate outputs needed
Summary: This is a great reciever. It has 3 HDMI inputs, so there's plenty of room to expand. You can customize the display names of the devices so it says Tivo when i go to tivo, and Wii when it's on the wii. My only complaint is you need a seperate output for each input type, it doesn't convert. that means you need a HDMI cable and a component cable going to your tv. The 910 does this conversion and you can get away with only 1 cable. It's not worth the extra cash to upgrade though.

Strengths: HDMI Inputs, Sound, Auto-Calibration, Price, Design
Weaknesses: Remote Control
Summary: I've owned a number of Sony receivers over the years and each one has been affordable and reliable. So when it was time to purchase a new receiver that supported 2 or more HDMI inputs, I was pleased to find Sony made a model that not only fit my sound requirements (3-HDMI Inputs) but also my budget.

The unit is easy to setup using its auto-calibration feature that makes setting the speaker levels as easy as positioning the included mic and pushing a button.

The included remote control appeared to be full featured, but I wasn't successful getting to control my non-Sony devices.

If you're looking for a good solid performing easy to use receiver with multiple HDMI inputs, I think this unit is a good consideration.
