Strengths: Revamped design apps are better than ever and FAST on multi-core Intel Macs. New user interface options make the most out of limited viewing space [good news for smaller display owners].
Weaknesses: None so far, and nothing that I have read about.
Summary: This 'major' upgrade is a bit pricey [in my opinion], but it is a complete rewrite of the CS2 apps. If you have an Intel Mac, the only way to realize your machine's real potential is with the Universal CS3 apps [PPC apps running in Rosetta mode are still quick, but don't compare compared to the Universal apps]. Besides, if I am going to spend the money on a new fast Mac, why operate software that will run at speeds comparable to an early G5? Oh, and get plenty of RAM as well.
