Strengths: Nearly silent, reduced heat emission, small size, small weight, instant on, instant off, very portable, shows DVD format 3:4 fairly well, computer screens are legible.
Weaknesses: requires dark room, watching DVD format 16:9 not so enjoyable. 15pin DSUB connector and power plug on the sides is really annoying, no speakers included
Summary: If you dont appreciate SPP310MEMXP small size, little noise, then you will hate it for the lack of light. Especially 16:9 movies are a challenge. The distance to the wall needs to be less than 6 feet, because focus lense max out. The dsub connector and power plug location is really dragging down the points, in otherwise smart design. Addons from Walmar: $15 speakers for PSP that works with 4xAAA batteries + simplec/small $29 Durabrand DVD player. Works reasonably well under ideal conditions: dark room, light/reflective wall.
