Strengths: Crisp, Distortion Free Sound. No hissing noises when used with Digital DIN. Incredible clarity.
Weaknesses: Bass trails off at high end. Digital Decoder/Amplifier doesn't produce enough sound for DVD's.
Summary: I decided to purchase the DTT3500 because it seemed to be the best match at the time for Sound Blaster Live! 5.1 Platinum. The system is great for my dorm room, but in a larger space, more sound and amplification is needed. I would recommend this primarily for gaming.
