Summary: I can hear fine but other people complain that there is a lot of cutting out and a lot of noise while using the D&G bluetooth. Works excellently. Outlasted friends headsets by far. VERY simple to use, works great, is sturdy. Weaknesses: some eye glasses are difficult to wear with the unit. Hard to put on in a rush to answer calls, better to just wear it all the time. Summary: After using for a year, I just bought another, just in case something happens to the original. I've tried several other units/brands but I really like this model/brand overall. Comfortable, holds great charge, very lightweight. Friends/co-workers have bought other brands and types of hands free devices, but this Dolce & Gabbana H700 Bluetooth Headset by Motorola is the most reliable/comfortable/good looking.
