Strengths: I HAVE ANOTHER TV JUST LIKE THIS ONE AND DID NOT HAVE A PROBLEM WHEN I RECEIVED IT LAST YEAR FROM ANOTHER SELLER.
Weaknesses: TV WOULD BE EXCELLENT IF THIS PROBLEM WAS NOT THERE.
Summary: THE DVD DOOR WAS JAMMED INSIDE WHEN WE TOOK IT OUT OF THE SHIPPING BOX AND WE HAD TO RETURN THE WHOLE TV AND GET A REFUND. WE CALLED SAME DAY TO GET A SHIPPING LABEL TO SEND IT BACK.
