Strengths: Sleek design, crystal clear picture, integrated DVD, great remote control, built-in Hi-def tuner, multiple inputs (HDMI, component, etc.)
Weaknesses: Standard def not so great, slight delay between switching channels, no PIP
Summary: I ordered my Toshiba from a PriceGrabber merchant and paid less than $1000 total with shipping and extended 3 year carry-in warranty. I received it promptly and setup was incredibly easy. HDTV is stunningly brilliant although standard definition is about average. At a distance it's less noticeable. I have the TV in my bedroom and 32" is the perfect size. I like the fact the DVD player is integrated so I don't have to worry about another piece of equipment. It sits nicely on top of my chest of drawers so I didn't need to wall mount it as the base works great. I've owned Toshiba products before and have been pleased so I'm expecting this will be just as reliable. Several reviews rate this unit very highly so if you can find one at a great price, I'd recommend it. Be careful of several dealers on here that claim to have it for a low price but then you check and even if they say it's "in stock" they don't have them or the super low priced ones are refurbs. I bought one new in the box.

Strengths: Beautiful, bright picture, several picture size and brightness options, decent sound, convenient built-in DVD player.
Weaknesses: Remote can turn cable box on and off and change channels, but not access on-screen program guide so still need to use two remotes.
Summary: I bought this TV a few weeks ago for a killer price and couldn't be happier. The picture is bright(with no prompting, my seven-year-old son has commented on how bright and beautiful the picture is), there are several viewing modes to choose from(size and brightness)and it's the perfect size for a bedroom. Even though I wouldn't mind picking up an antenna to get take advantage of the TV's HD capabilities, SD still looks pretty darn good.
I've wanted a flat-panel for our bedroom for a long time, but I've also wanted a DVD player. With limited space in our armoire, this was the perfect solution. We've watched a couple of DVDs, and with upconversion, they look great.
My only complaint(a minor one)is with the remote. You can program it to control a Motorola cable box, but it can't access the on-screen cable guide, so you still have to have both remotes lying around. I guess, since we watch cable most of the time, I'll try to program the cable remote to operate the TV and break out the TV remote when viewing DVDs. Definitely not the worst scenario I can think of, given everything else that's great about this TV!

Strengths: perfect picture
Weaknesses: sound
Summary: it is worth paying extra for the built in dvd if it happens that you are so picky about extra wiring. For the price it is the best you can get. I wish if the remote responds faster though. All in all if you get it discounted it is an excellent buy

Strengths: Excellent Picture Quality and Sound Clarity. Does every thing.
DVD upconverts well.
Weaknesses: none
Summary: I've did lot's of research before i bought this TV. My requirement is 32 inch with high picture quality. Most of the TV's show the Pixel ratios. But Toshiba doesn't. But still i wanted to go with Toshiba because it uses PixelPure 3G digital image processor, which is better than any levels of pixel ratios.

Strengths: Great picture, clear high-definition images that look great. Good picture controls and easy to follow menus. Tons of good inputs and the built-in DVD is very handy and easy to use.
Weaknesses: Inability to tune broadcast and cable simultaneously, weak reciever antenna... insanely slow in changing channels.
Summary: I would reccommend this set to anyone who would like to eliminate the clutter/complications of having an external dvd player hooked up to the set. It has a great picture, one of the best when compared with other televisions in the stores I shopped in to compare.
Prior to purchasing, I had heard complaints of losing dvds in the slot loading player on this set, but I have had no such trouble.

Strengths: Nice picture, decent sound with impressive surround simulation
Weaknesses: Menus and remote are a little confusing....I wish it had a function like my old Sony DVD player, where you could press a button to replay the last 10 seconds of the video
Summary: A great all-in-one package - really nice HD and DVD picture quality, and the built-in tuner has performed very well in a challenging urban environment. The picture size modes do a good job of re-scaling the video to fill up the screen.

Strengths: First-quality product. Does everything well.
Weaknesses: Less-than-intuitive remote control.
Summary: Nice! The picture is excellent, and the sound is outstanding for built-in speakers. The DVD player upconverts very well and is extremely convenient: just pop in the DVD and the TV turns on and switches automatically to the DVD function. A couple of minor gripes: there is only a fixed-level audio output for external amplified speakers, and the TV takes a long time (a couple of seconds) to show a new picture when you switch between two RF inputs. Most people won't need to do that, but if you're the exception, be aware.

Strengths: picture quality is crystal clear with upconverting dvd player ...great feature for non HI-DEF dvds ...beautiful design ...also with ATSC tuner built in...also with DYNALIGHT to enhance quality
Weaknesses: wish the tv could rotate 180 degrees ..thank god for the swivel base built on my wall unit ...
Summary: I love this tv...bought it online because much cheaper.....true to its specifications ....THESE REGZA TOSHIBA tv are beautifully built ...my friend has an SHARP AQUOS AND WAS SO HIGHLY IMPRESSED WITH TOSHIBA REGZA....honestly I am a value oriented person and I can't be any happier with this choice ....TOSHIBA RANKS HIGHLY IN MY BOOK ...WHY PAY SONY PRICES?...ALSO CONSIDER HOW LONG TOSHIBA HAS BEEN AROUND ....GREAT PRODUCTS GREAT PRICES!!!!!!I LOVE THIS TV AND YOU WILL TOO!!!!!

Strengths: beautiful picture, excellant sound, easily programmed, favorites access menu
Weaknesses: DVD interface can be flakey at times, wish I could set the time
Summary: I'm not big on manuals and read them only when I have to. This TV was easily setup right out of he box. I did 99.9% of the setup without a manual. I went to the manual because I can usualy set the time on a TV but there's not one on this set.
Sixth avenue electronics was fantastic. They beat the expected delivery date by 8 days. Fantastic.
