Strengths: Sleek, stylish appearance We have been using this for 4 months and it functions beautifully
Weaknesses: non known It would be nice if the mounting bracket between all GE microwaves were the same
Summary: The sleek, stylish appearance is sure to enhance any kitchen. We have been using the GE JVM1750SMSS for 4 months and it functions beautifully. We have not had any problems or issues with this microwave. Installation was simple.

Strengths: Most all the bells and whistles of much more expensive units
Weaknesses: Charcoal exhaust filter not included.
Summary: This unit has everything I wanted, Sensor, stainless finish, 300 CFM fan, and QUITE operation. This replaces a "new" Panasonic which I bought from that BIG on line retailer. Well three shipping damaged Panny's later we both gave up. Just as well, the Panny sounded like a jet taking off when it was on. This is 1000 watts, there are units which are a bit higher, but this gets it done just fine.

Strengths: S/S, clean lines, ease of cleaning, cooking features, good value for the price.
Weaknesses: No charcoal filter included.
Summary: We purchased this microwave after our GE Spacemaker's magnatron died for the 2nd time in 8 years. Out of all the SS microwaves on the market, this one had the cleanest lines and best features for the money. My husband didn't even need to install the back plate, as it lined up perfectly with the old one which coincidently was stronger than the one supplied. Because of that it took 15 minutes total to install (including peeling off the wrapping!).

There isn't much to not like about this microwave--it's very pleasing to look at as well as use. GE is rated well by CR for its repair history as well, another reason we went with this company again.

The blower seems to be more than adequate for normal cooking, and the interface is easy to use by our 4 children.

We would definitely purchase this product again.
