Strengths: Works great and makes hair shiny
Weaknesses: Stops heating after a while, very cheaply made
Summary: I bought this item and must have only used it 4 times before it stopped heating altogether. The heat setting and on/off switch on the iron have large cracks that allow moisture/steam to seep inside SOOOOOOOOOOOOO CHEAP after the iron broke I found out that alot of other women reported the same exact problem where the iron refused to heat. It's really not worth the $$$ I spent on it and is absolutely not professional like the description says. Buy a sedu or a bion instead.
