Summary: What to do with a Sony VGNN27OET?

It has not worked properly since I bought it on Feb 19th..After extensive internet support I took it back to the store and they sent it to the Sony repair in Coquitlam British Columbia., it came back , not fixed ,and it is now on it's way to Whitby Ontario.

California Sony support state it should have gone to Ontario in the first place.

TV store that sold it states that (Sony repair here in Coquitlam BC ) say it is software problem this after they told the TV store that they did all sorts of hardware solutions,( called “Reloading System Recovery for end user” ) but Sony support in California (first Sony support was in Florida who told me to send it to San Diego) but the TV store sent it to BC for repair, say it is a hardware problem.

TV store say it can not give me a replacement because it was a special order and this is why they can not make Sony give me a replacement .

Naturally I have little confidence in the model delivered to me.
