Remote easy to use. Weaknesses: Power supply box is huge. Summary: This TV offers lots of features at a great value. It is HDTV-ready, has monitor capabilities, and has a nice picture with good contrast. It is lightweight and portable, and the display stand is easily adjustable for viewing from many angles. Relatively easy to set up with multiple input/output connections available. Factory backlight setting seemed too dark, but this was easily adjusted. 100% of People (27/27) found this review helpful. DVD image quality with good cable connector like Monster is the best! Strengths: Beautiful design, nice stereo mts sound Weaknesses: not enough audio outputs, no picture in picture (they give you picture upside down and mirror image for some silly reason... Summary: I bought this off the net at 6thave.com for the best price of $793.06 (6cents shipping) greatest price..saved lot$$$ ...my main purpose was the combination tv/pc monitor.. i did lots of research, but i guess not enough: because i cant play my games on full 20in screen...i get a message "This signal not compatible" (Can anyone help me how to fix this? s video connection needed??? anyways, i did hook up my comcast hi speed and all the movies to my Sharp and enjoy working and seeing whats going on in the world. but if i was to buy again, i would look at the *New Sony Xbrite 19" and 17"widescreen with 12ms speed and tv (less price) its at Sonystyle.com under lcd tv's new products. i will keep my Sharp because its beautiful and i dont want the hassle of returning it for my above reasons plus 15% restocking fees. as of today i am very happy with my 1024x768 resolution even though i was use to 800x600! 92% of People (22/24) found this review helpful. Strengths: Great picture-User friendly- Fits anywhere Weaknesses: Wish I could get this size in wide screen Summary: I love the quality of the aquos, far better picture than any other brand I've seen. Had to adjust the backlight, it came a little too light, the manual gave specifics and was extremely user friendly. Strengths: Excellent picture; Easy setup; Muliple component and a/v in/out Weaknesses: Cannot customize the opc; Cable connection area is too tight for heavy cables Summary: Using in the bedroom - perfect sound and picture for this use. Picture is excellent with DVDs - great resolution. The opc (ambient light compensation) does not allow customization - in a darkened room it is too dark. Cable interface area is too small (particularly with the doors installed) for large cables. Overall I would buy again - I am very happy with the tv. 85% of People (11/13) found this review helpful.
