The water and ice through the door is very convenient with two children. There's a door alarm so you're alerted if the door not shut. Weaknesses: This unit is a little noisy! The sound it makes when the ice maker is filling with water is a loud buzzing sound, it only lasts a few seconds. You get accustom to the running noise eventually. Summary: This refrigerator is overall a very good purchase. The shelves are adjustable and a couple of them slide. There is a huge temperature controlled pantry drawer and two humidity controlled drawers.
