Strengths: Great sound quality, slick piano black design and right size of each unit. Powerful subwoofer.
Weaknesses: May need 7.1 to cover a bigger media room.
Summary: With 200 watts, subwoofer provides a powerful bass with certain clarity and treble. I hooked it up with my Onkyo TX_SR-606 receiver and they work well together. I watched the 'Saving private Ryan' and the treble from subwoofer made me feel the tank is at my floor. The center create tremendous power, so do all the satellite and surround units. The only complaint I have is for certain movie audio format, the sound does not come out loud. I don't have any evidence to prove that's cause by the speakers. Actually I think it is more likely to do with the audio format or the receiver. Another note, my media room is 18 by 20, by using speaker adjusting function provided by TX_SR606, the system suggested to have each unit output to 150 watt. However, the maximum output is 120 watt for this set. I am not sure this means I would need add another two surround to compensate the additional power.
