Strengths: Cleans nice top is very sturdy
Weaknesses: glass it too think
Summary: I have purchased several of these coffee pots. The Handle and the top of the pot is very sturdy but the glass is definitely too thin easy to crack. I've cracked many pots but I like the shape and quality overall

Strengths: It is our favorite coffee maker - we have two of them.
Weaknesses: it would be nice if the carafes were a little more sturdy
Summary: Just be sure to buy the correct replacement carafe. Cusisinart makes several different carafes. It probably would be better if they devoted their energy to making the glass a little thicker.
