Strengths: Works, boosted signal to desktop located under my desk.
Weaknesses: Short cable
Summary: Phew! Just what the doctor ordered. I recently moved a desktop machine to a different part of the house, resulting in the antennae on my DWA-552 pointing away from my DIR-655 router. Signal had to go through a floor, two walls, me, my desk, and my PC before hitting the antennae. As you might guess, signal was terrible.

I bought this antenna, attached it and have gone from No Signal/Very Low Signal to Good Signal/Very Good Signal at 300Mbps. Worked exactly as I wanted (and as advertised).

I wish the cable (approx 4 ft) was a bit longer.

Strengths: Easy install, immediate results.
Weaknesses: None so far.
Summary: Took it out of box, attached it to my D-Link DIR-655 wireless router, sat it directly on top of my router, and I was done.

Fired up laptop and went to backyard where I had poor signal, now it is excellent. Also wireless perimeter cameras are not struggling.

Wish they would have built this into the original product.
