spayment Member Since: Apr 2006 View Member's: Reviews Product Experience: 2 Days	Simple and Solid Strengths: Minimum complexity Universal fit Solid construction Weaknesses: A little heavy (but insignificant compared to combined weight of Plasma + Mount) Summary: I ordered this mount for a 50" plasma screen which weighs about 140 lbs. This mount is solidly built and well designed to securely hold a BIG screen like mine.. The last thing you want is your several thousand dollar TV crashing to the ground due to a poorly made mount. Also, this mount is extremely thin, which keeps the screen very close to the wall. This helps hide wiring clutter and makes the install look very professional. Mounting was fairly easy... just locate studs, drive in a few lag bolts and it's done. I looked at several more expensive mounts with tilt and swivel options but in the end, I decided that a simple, low profile mount was the way to go. I am not disappointed. My only objection is the weight. Do not use it for a TV that is smaller than the recommended size. I have a 37 LCD and horizontally it barely covers the mount; vertically you have a few inches in either direction. This is a good mount for the price. My only objection is the weight. It is of durable quality and has a nice paint job. Holds my set well (50" Plasma)with no signs of a wall mount while watching the TV. I would have rathered it to be black, oh well.
