Summary: Some say it can be used for "dry shaving." Yes, if you don't want a very clean shave. It works ok as a detailing clipper if someone else uses it on you. If you are shaving yourself, the lack of ergonomic design makes it hard to hold, and its large size obstructs the view. Obviously, the cord gets in the way.
