Strengths: + plays 3d game pretty well.. (FFXI online, WOW, CS:S,...) + Descent Price + dual core/2gb ram
Weaknesses: + none.
Summary: My cousin and his girlfriend had bought 2 of these identical laptops at best buy couple months ago. Hers is running fine, but his he had to take back to best buy and get a new one, b/c his usb/i1394 ports were messed up. But his new one is running way better now. Only reason I'm posting this cause his girlfriend has just sold me hers, cause she barely uses it. And its running smooth.

1 Star ReviewGatway sucks
Strengths: Cheap
Weaknesses: Even Cheaper
Summary: This thing has been in for service 5 times and has had techs attempt troubleshooting by phone or email at least 5 more times. These guys just read from a script like they were trying to instruct someone on how to peel a banana.

Problem started out simple (corrupt hard drive on factory install) and degenerated into a dead PC. Getting ready to contact Attorney Generals of all states involved (SD, CA, UT, TN, & NJ). This thing has been in GW’s hands more than mine. They once change my LAN card and didn’t tell me (I knew this because the MAC address was different).

As far as buying a PC and getting adequate customer service goes I don’t know whom to trust. I have a couple of acquaintances at work that have had to go to hell and back with Dell. On the other hand my son has an Apple and they seem to get it right by the second try. Don’t ask for any saltwater though because they will not give you any.
