Strengths: Large, supports high resolutions, sturdy base, multiple inputs including DVI.
Weaknesses: No internal option to flip output, I have to do it with the nVidia drivers. Image looked bad when connected with the primary analog input
Summary: Overall I find this monitor awesome. I have it mounted upside down above two 17" monitors. I do wish that I didn't have to flip the picture in software. The price was awesome, even when I bought it, compared to the other 22" widescreens available on the market. Although the image looked bad being plugged into analog input #1, it looks good on input #2. Gaming is great at its native 1680x1050 resolution.

Strengths: huge 22" size, excellent price, design, quick 2ms G2G response time, 2 VGA + 1 DVI + audio in, vivid colors, sturdy base
Weaknesses: no height adjustment (minor inconvenience), lack of S-Video (but it would add to the price), adjusting controls are somewhat inconvenient
Summary: I was looking to upgrade to 22" LCD for few months and sworn to myself that I will get it for under $300, preferably $250, but it would have a decent response time and above good ratings. So when this one came with rebate - I figured - that's it I should go for it. I wanted to get a Samsung 226bw cause I have a Samsung LCD TV, but the price for it was higher for no good reason except the name. I got mine for about $290 from COMPUSA, that is including tax and $8 recycling fee, and looking forward to get $30 rebate on it. So for the price, I got a great monitor and I am loving it. Huge 22" size with an elegant design sit perfectly on my corner computer desk. Great response time - I was watching movies on it and enjoyed it enormously. It has 2 VGA inputs - so you can hook up 2 desktops or a desktop and laptop, and switch between them easily. I wish it would have 2 DVI or S-video - to connect to DVD player, but that would lift the price to high end category. Colors are great - though I did mess up settings once and had to reset it. Also I will need to tweak it a bit more to get what I want. Once you connect it through DVI - half of the controls on the front panels become obsolete/unavailable, so you can tweak it on the computer. I don't regret it as the controls (although being very responsive) are placed quite deep, so it is hard to press them. I was pleasantly surprised the picture comes in fast (unlike CRT I used before). Again the design is very pleasing, and I especially like the base , which is solid metal and has an oval shape so you can stuff all kind of rubbish you usually have on your desk. I would definitely buy it again and highly recommend it.

Strengths: Nice Styling, clear, brite picture
Weaknesses: a little bleed around the edges,
Side by side, 2 monitors sit at different heights (1/4" difference) (not tilt -- height difference)
with no noticible adjustment
Summary: I been using them for about 1 week.
Looks great, sharp image. Colors look good.
Cad work does not stress monitor like gaming or
video might -- but easy on the eyes even after 10 hours of more or less continuous work.
Excellent value.

Strengths: Beautiful Screen- very bright, fast, wide and undistorted. Very high resolution and easily set up with Windows "Outer Limits" (Vista).
Weaknesses: I would prefer 2 axis adjustment for the base. Business cards work well and at this price I feel like an ingrate complaining.
Summary: I would definitely buy another right now if I had not already bought two. I am using one for architectural CAD and the other for general computing and DVD's. I am very pleased with both.

Strengths: NA
Weaknesses: Tilting on angle a little stiff but gets the job done.
Summary: I've purchased two of these and they are both great for quality graphics, fast speed for gaming (no ghosting), no dead pixels, bright colors, easy to use adjustments. Powerful yet light weight.
This is probably the best 22" for the money around.

Strengths: beautiful black lcd, 22 inches, widescreen
Weaknesses: price
Summary: 2007-04-02 16:41:43 Ordered online, shipped home. Opened it, it was great compared to my old KDS 19' CRT that's making hissing noises now. Widescreen is great for media files. Overall, I am pleased.

Strengths: Clear, fast, cheap. DVD player compatability is nice.
Weaknesses: Transient power at startup/wakeup. Make sure your video card can drive 1680x1050 or it may not look very good.
Summary: I read the reviews and then bought it - those who complain about not being able to adjust it vertically are being too picky - I've had no trouble adjusting it. This is a very nice and fast display for everyday use. The wide screen requires 1680x1050 - lower resolutions (for large print) or different HxV ratios don't look very good.

Strengths: 2ms response at the price range of the 5ms. 3 year warranty.
Weaknesses: Un-attractive style (shell and unmatching stand)
Summary: I used the monitor for about 2 days now and have no complain. The graphic look great either for gaming or watching/editing video (this monitor is hooked up to my Core 2 E6700 computer w/ a GForce 8800 GTS superclocked). Quick response and no dead pixel. I love the 3 year warranty. Also at the price range of a 5ms response LCD monitor, this should be everyone's 1st pick.

Strengths: Large Monitor
Low Price
Bright
Widescreen (yeah!)
I haven't tested the response time on
Weaknesses: It came with 3 dead pixels stuck on magenta :-/
Can't adjust the angle or rotate the monitor
Mine came with a black stand, unlike the silver ring stand like the picture
Summary: Its a great value. Forget the brand named stuff, this is the best.
22" is great. Beautiful screen.
I used it in a dual monitor setup. Perfect.
The dead pixels suck, but what are you going to do
Great for widescreen movies

Strengths: Bright, Big, Fast 2ms response time, Good price, sturdy stand.
Weaknesses: Not as sharp or bright/ contrast as viewsonic
Summary: Bought this screen mainly for the price, never bought from KDS before. Was pretty pleased. I also bought a viewsonic 22" graphic edition and it looks significantly better, however it was $65 more. 2ms response time is great. I either plan on getting a Viewsonic 28" or a KDS 28" as next purchase, depending on the prices / availability, as they are both good brands. About the only 2 brands I trust for my systems.

Strengths: Big, looks, good, and I love it!
Weaknesses: None so far
Summary: Highly recommended for the price. I was looking to upgrade my 17" LCD to a bigger one for my office. I didn't want to spend a lot of money and finally I came across this monitor. I'm glad I went for it. I already bought another one for another office of mine.
