Strengths: A very professional unit that has more features than others at higher prices. A very well design unit.
Weaknesses: The weather software that comes with the data logger is very low quality. Buy Virtual Weather Station you'll be glad you did.
Summary: Davis was being humble in their specs for this unit. Here at the university the Integrated Sensor Suite is on a pole out on the edge of a parking lot. I was able to take the console into buildings around the lot and still get a strong signal even through several walls ! Outside I was able to go more than a 1000 feet and still be connected. This is one incredible and affordable unit. Coupled with the full suite of software from Virtual Weather Station, this unit can become a web weather service very easily.
