Strengths: Very good price to performance ratio. It's unbeatable value if you buy it B-stock.
Weaknesses: Nothing really to quibble about at this price point. It would have been nice to have a built-in headphone output.
Summary: This is a well-designed universal player. All the basic functions are there and easy to operate. You have to give Denon credit for placing the ability to switch off the video circuitry from the front panel -- it's a particularly good idea when listening to a SACD.
