Strengths: Good communication and delivered exactly when they said they would
Weaknesses: None
Summary: I originally ordered the wallmount and realised I needed this also until I can get the cables chased into the wall. They did not have it in stock but told me wwhen they woud be getting it ( only 3 days) and shipped it out same day for next day delivery. Brilliant service an dwoul drecommend
