 Beautiful product poor tech support Strengths: beauty and simplicity of style and design
Weaknesses: replacement bulbs are a problem
Summary: Since 12 volt 5 watt bulbs are not standard in the U.S. and not available in American manufacture, replacing burned out bulbs is next to impossible unless you can import them yourself from the manufacturer (in China) This is further complicated by no manufacturer listed by any of the sellers/vendors. This means that after the bulbs have all burned out you don't have any way to light it anymore.
