Strengths: Good video Keyboard switching
Weaknesses: Flaky keyboard detection Flaky USB detection with a docking station Sound switching doesn't work
Summary: When it works, it's very good. But my laptop docking station could not detect it about half the time. Sometimes it would work to yank and re-insert the USB cable, other times not.

Also, it could not power up fast enough for my Dell XPS600. The Dell could not find my keyboard at boot time. I had to be running the laptop to get the Dell to boot.

I give it a B+ for performance and a C+ for convenience.
