Many of the toasters on the market are simply too large or too wide. Its made with stainless steel and is a 2 piece inline design. The slots are wide enough for bagels or other large sized bread products. It has a warming rack which is a nice added feature also. I like the element design on this toaster also it seems to provide even heat to both sides of bread and is easy to control. If you have smaller counter tops like I do you might find this to help give you a little more space to work. Adjusts easily to various width breads, bagels, etc. A matrix of heating elements ensures even toasting allowing lower settings. Very cool looking as well! Weaknesses: Haven't found any yet. Summary: This is the very best toaster I have ever owned or used! It defrosts and reheats -- and has a release so I don't force the basic mechanism if I decide to eject early. Summary: I like the toaster but the older ones work better and the thing that is for heating thing is worth less dose not work. The finish is nice and it is a bit wider than what it looks in the images. My parents have used it for the past few months with reasonable toasting results - the bread doesn't get browned to their satisfaction, but still it works well. When my old toaster "died", I began shopping for a new one that would fit into the same narrow space on my countertop. This one works in every way Weaknesses: Can't find any weaknesses in it. Summary: This toaster is well worth the money you spend on it - it has provided me with great performance as well as great looks. It meets all my specifications and then some. Weaknesses: A bit larger than I thought. Summary: Great toast, it is a good value. The stainless and the black are great look in most modern kitchen. Simple to use, problems with bagels or thicker slices. We purchased it from Etronic.com and the box was damaged, but no damage to the toaster.
