Strengths: Sturdy and strong construction, tilts both up and down, reasonable price, locking latches with padlock holes, good installation instructions, lots of hardware types and sizes.
Weaknesses: Nothing major: hard to mount by one person, need at least one other to help guide you to place the top 'hooks' in the right place.
Summary: This is a pretty good mount. Sturdy and well built. It has a nice feature of tilting both up as well as down, whereas others only tilt down. The bottom portion of the vertical support has a latch that allows you to clip the mount into the wall bracket after you place the top 'hooks' into place. These latches also have a nice feature: holes that allow you to place a pad lock to prevent the removal of the TV, as well as secure it in place to avoid accidental removal. It comes with lots of different sets of hardware for mounting to brick, cinderblock, and wood stud walls, as well as three sets of hardware to attach the mount to the TV depending on the bolt size your TV is designed for (M4, M5 or M6 bolts). This is the silver version, but there is also a black powder coated one if you prefer.
I had no problem mounting this to my TV. The only problem was with my TV itself, in that i didn't feel the rear panel of my TV was strong enough to take the load with the mount attached to only 4 bolts. Looks like normally thats the way all these mounts are designed. However, I am mounting it to an angled ceiling, which caused the back of the TV to bulge a little (too much load in one spot) so I went overboard and attached some 2x1 wood pieces across the entire width of the back of my TV so I could attach all 12 bolts my TV had holes for to it, instead of only 4 :) This allowed me to sleep peacefully not worrying about a $1000 TV crashing down in the middle of the night due to the TV enclosure. Note this has nothing to do with the mount itself, just that i felt the plastic rear panel of my TV was not strong enough to take the load of the angled mounting position.
The mount allows you to slide the TV left and right about 4 inches or so on the backplate (if your TV uses VESA100 mounts: bolt holes 10cm (4in.) apart), in case the wall stud you attached the backplate to wasn't centered to your liking. I like that the wall plate has tabs at the end so you cant slide the TV too far and off the mount :)
The only problem i had was that with a large TV in your way, you cannot see where the top 'hooks' of the mount are in relation to the backplate, as you have to hook them up to the top of the backplate...you will need another person to look behind the TV and guide you while you place it. In any case, your TV might be too heavy for one person anyway, so having some help is highly recommended.
Overall, this is a sturdy and very well built unit. I would recommend it to anyone needing a mount for a larger TV. I got it online, so it was much cheaper than going to B&M retailers, especially if you can get free shipping, so try online first.
