Strengths: Compared to what is out there. It is fast, affordable, and presises.
Weaknesses: A little expensive
Summary: 2006-03-18 14:54:39 I have been using the regular Porty 1200B's for 8 years now. But just got this premium set up. Wow it is a real dream to work with. First thing they got right is the fast recy.time 2.7 sec. compared to the original 1200b 6 sec @ full power. Then there is the remote...damn that thing is cool you can make fine adjustments from camera position...I love this pack. One thing that should be done though is to wrap the bottom with a plastic bag so the unit stays dry when you are location. Oric at USA service told me this. It should be wraped up to battery level. That way you can avoid maintance....all for that this pack is a great compared to a profoto 7b....crazy money!
