Strengths: Duel baskets are so very handy! come apart for cleaning
Weaknesses: could use a pour spout...But I am not unhappy with this deep fryer! Had a well known other brand that had an easy drainer and it is filthy & broken. You could not take it apart for easy cleaning
Summary: Easy to clean & keep looking NEW!

Owned several deep fryers over the years and this one is the BEST!! Food tastes better also and the reheat of oil is Quick
