Found at Costco for $69.99 - nearly half the price of the product found elsewhere. Easy setup - just plug one into a phone jack. Place the other phone anywhere you want. Completely expandable system. Very good, solid feel. Not to heavy, not too light. 5.8GH frequency does not interfere with 802.11 computer networking. I've never before had a portable phone that also has speakerphone capabilities. bhughesetx Member Since: Dec 2005 View Member's: Reviews Product Experience: 2 Months	Uniden 8860 Strengths: Good quality sound, weight and size of handset is good, base station seems to broadcast to all parts of my 2000 sq ft condo. Weaknesses: Adding names and numbers to the build in phonebook was a bit time consumming. Very good product otherwise. Summary: I have it working on a VoIP line and all features seem to work as they should. Able to pick up any phone and join in on a call automatically. My previous Siemens product would not do so. Strengths: clarity of sound, distance, multiple handsets Weaknesses: not found yet Summary: the sound quality of these phone is one of the clearest I've used, although comparatively these are more expansive then the phones I used before. battery carries good charge per charge in the 2 days I've used it. I'm using this phone in combination with VoIP, no problems, the little led on the side flashes when voicemail is not empty, which is very convienant especially for extra handsets that may be located in different room. The speakerphone is clear, sound quality is great, and the range is fine from one end of our house to the other. Batteries last long. Weaknesses: Some of the features are not intuitive to use, but with time I think they'll be easy to recall. Summary: For the price, this phone system is a great value! I am looking forward to adding additional handsets to have these units available throughout both levels of our home.
