Strengths: Big screen, great video quality, able to read subtitles, radio, voice recorder, easy to use software
Weaknesses: Small buttons, pouch
Summary: The Zen has always been my first choice to go to if I ever had to find an mp3 player or media player. Even though I have only been using this Zen for 4 days, my experience has been great with it. The screen size is just perfect and it allows me to read the subtitles of videos and the removable battery allows me to put in another battery when the current one is out and needs charging. The only cons I have experienced so far is that the software doesn't allow audio to be converted to mp3, you would have to buy an extra program to update the software that comes with it to convert it to mp3. It is also not compatible with .divx format, the buttons may be too small for some people that has big fingers, and I did not like how the hold switch was together with the power switch. The last thing I was unsatisfied with was the pouch that had come with it, as someone said earlier, "It's a cloth-like string purse that grandmothers store pennies in." I would recommend this to anyone that would like a high quality video player.
