Strengths: Blender blade locks into place. Dial a speed. Larger travel mugs with lids. More powerful than the Bullet.
Weaknesses: Would have purchased the 400 watt rather than the 350 watt model for just a little more power. Came with only two mugs. I purchased 2 additional mugs seperately.
Summary: We make smoothies for breakfast. The to-go mugs are great with nice lids that have a flip open sipper hole (nicer and larger than the Magic Bullet mugs which have no sipper lids). More powerful than Magic Bullet which is 200 watts. Our Magic Bullet gears, (the parts on the base and on the blade attachment that mesh together and spin the blade when depressed) chipped and wore because they didn't lock together; when we pulsated by pushing down and releasing the blades would grind and they wore down to the point that they didn't mesh anymore. The locking feature along with the pulse/high/low/off dial will preserve the gears on the Back to Basics model.
