Strengths: Heats up quickly, break away safety cord, small size, really easy to clean because of the removable parts and the oil doesn't stain!
Weaknesses: Timer doesn't have a beep function, it only shuts off. That's a great auto-mechanism, but would be better if it had some sort of signal to alert me when I know my food is done!
Summary: The Euro Pro 2L Deep fryer is generally a great product. Granted, this is the first deep fryer I've ever owned, but I still feel it is adequate for my frying needs. This little deep fryer cooks up french fries, onion rings, and even small chicken wings to perfection! So much better than baking. I also like the fact that it's a pretty small machine, it's very space-efficient on my full countertop.

 Good Deep Fryer Strengths: works good

Summary: It is a good fryer as it does what it is suppose to do. It is small one, so you have to do it sevaral times. Cleaning is easy. Overral it is a good one for a small family

Strengths: quick & easy to operate
Weaknesses: little too small
Summary: It is an excellent deep fryer, I love it. It is very easy to operate. Only problem is that it is small, we can not use this for parties, but good for just family use.

Strengths: Take less oil, easy to clean, take up less space, very affordable

Summary: 2008-04-16 08:38:36 It is the my first deep fryer. I don't want to pay a lot for a deep fryer as I am not sure that I am willing to bust it out to fry the food. I usually use a wok which can be used for cooking different types of food.
It did turn out that I skipped using the deep fryer until I told myself that I had to use the deep fryer. It took a lot longer than the wok to heat up the oil. As I was impatient and my family was waiting for the food, I also took out the wok to fry the pork chops while I was waiting for the oil to get to the desired temperature. I was quite frustrated at that point.
The oil did not heat up until 15 minutes later. So if I am prepared for it next time, I think it should be fine. On the other hand, I have to say the pork chops came out better than those cooked in the wok. They were more even and nothing stuck to the utensil. It also took less time to cook the pork chops thoroughly.
I guess it is not bad for a $20 deep fryer (after rebate).

Strengths: Small size, Digital timer, 4 Temperature setting options,cheap price, easy to clean
Weaknesses: For small family, No alarm in timer
Summary: This is highly recommended product for small family.Heats up very quickly on desired temperature setting. Needs less amount of oil due to small size of bucket.Really makes easy to set up timer. On the other hand does not has any alarm when timer is about to expire.I got excellent price on this.Very easy clean as oil buckets can be washed in dishwasher.Also has a glass/wire mesh cover on top to prevent any oil popping out while cooking

Euro-Pro 2L Deep Fryer
Strengths: Convenient, easy to fry and take out, Time display
Weaknesses: Small, Product Design
Summary: We bought this deep fryer for a couple of weeks. It works pretty well and the onion ring is delicious. But it is very small and we have to use it multiple times to feed a family with 2 adults and 2 children. I don't like the design that the heating elements are in the oil. And I am not sure when the timer is up, whether it is still heating or not. My wife said it is painful to clean. But I think it is much better than traditional fryer.

Euro-Pro Deep Fryer
Strengths: Small, good for 2 people.
Weaknesses: No alarm for the timer , just shut off.
Summary: It is small, only cooks enough for one or two people in one batch. Easy to clean with removable oil bucket after strain the oil and wash all the parts. The only issue that I had is the timer does not beep or flash night it just shut off at the end of the time so I need to keep an eye on it. It's a great safety feature but sometime you just need some noise to let you know that time up or done. I’m happy with the product but it does not worth that much $$$ for that small size.

Strengths: Easy use and clean, dont need more space and easily move around.

Summary: I just used it for a couple days. I loved it, I used it to make Onion rings, French fries and Chicken Nuggets for my kids. It is great product and price is not expensive. Very convenient.

Strengths: easy to clean,
good temperature control,
small size fitting well in my small kitchen
Weaknesses: each load is for 1-2 persons only. But good enough for my family, since it is not good to eat too much frying foods anyway.
Summary: Great product for those who needs only a small size fryer. One advantage of small size is that you don't waste too much cooking oil on it. I might use it once or twice each week. So it is perfect for me.

Summary: This is a compact easy to clean and quick heating fryer. Everything is dish washable but for the heating element and controls. Good for people who want to fry a small batch or in small quantities.

Summary: It's very good for small items such as onion rings or freedom fries! My wife like it because she now does'nt have to use a big pan for this frying purpose. If you only have to prepare dinner for 2, go for it!

Summary: It's a great fryer but don't expect to fry huge items in this. My wife makes homemade french fries and onion rings and it works great.
It's really easy to drain and clean. The time setting works great. You just set the timer and leave it. Obviously, you should be checking periodically to make sure your food isn't burning, but it should be great!
The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it's not large enough to fry huge items.

Strengths: Great little fryer for a quick snack
Weaknesses: not for heavy duty use
Summary: I have been craving zeppoles, and they are so hard to find around here. So the need for a little deep fryer was growing. And this worked PERFECT!! This is perfect for little jobs, but is only 2 liters so don't expect to feed a family... It has a removable basket, and a glass viewer so you can keep it closed while frying. Set the timer and temperature, and take a peek every so often until it is done - that simple. Best part is that it wasn't too difficult to clean up after. It fit my needs perfectly, a little fryer for an occasional snack. If that is what you are looking for, this is perfect.
