Strengths: Excellent performance, very reasonable price
Weaknesses: Big and Heavy! (some may not see this as a weakness)
Summary: I'm using the Beta C360 as my center channel in a 5.1 setup with two Beta 50's for fronts, two Beta 20's for sides, an SVS PB10-NSD subwoofer and an Onkyo TX-SR606 receiver. I think it's a great midrange setup!

.

The C360 produces very crisp, clear dialogue in all the movies I've heard (King Kong was the first movie I watched with it; it sounded great!). The clarity really helps to immerse you in the movie you are watching. Like any good speaker, if it's doing it's job you really shouldn't notice it. I have never used it for playing surround sound music before, so I can't comment on that area.

.

Some drawbacks are the size and weight of this thing - it's HUGE (over 2 feet long and weighs 35 pounds)! I have a 46" HDTV, and the C360 looks just fine sitting underneath it. However, if you have a smaller TV, it might look kind of out of place.

.

If you are able to find one at a reasonable price, I highly recommend picking one up as these are no longer being manufactured and once they start going out of stock the prices will go up (not to mention be harder to find)! At this point, they are still one of the best choices you can make at the current price range for an excellent center channel speaker (the whole Beta family is excellent for the price).

Strengths: Sound, Value, Quality
Weaknesses: NOT SMALL
Summary: What can I say? This is Infinity doing what Infinity does best! Big on sound, very full. Until now, my HT system was lacking something. Not anymore. And what a deal. Given what you pay for crap center speakers ($100), this is a real value. Sure the speaker is BIG, but I have yet to hear big sound out of small speakers. The C360 compliments my five 15 inch woofers nicely. Now all the walls rumble!!! Best of all, I can finally hear ALL the dialogue in the movies.

Strengths: Great sound and excellent clarity. nice bass from the center.
Weaknesses: Big size may not be compatible with some home theater set-ups
Summary: I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking to add to or upgrade their current sound system. The 3 way set up provides clear and precise rendering for movies and music.

It is a good investment.

Strengths: Clear Powerful Sound
Weaknesses: Size, Connections
Summary: Purchased this speaker as part of an upgrade for my parents home theater system. In my prior experience with Infinity there tweeters and mid range have been excellent and this speaker was no exception to that rule. The 360c has two 6" woofers, a 4" and 1" tweeter, versus the 250c which only has 2 4" woofers and a 1" tweeter. I choose the 360c since the main speakers were light on mid range. The only downsides was that the speaker was larger and much heavier than I had expected and requires a substantial support if placed above a TV and the inability to use banana plugs. However, once it was in place it sounded great attached to a Pioneer 1014. I would recommend this speaker as well as most of the speakers in the Infinity line.

Strengths: Awsome sound and amazing clarity. Great high's and low's. Very nice built quality, high quality structure.
Weaknesses: Very Large much larger then I expected, definately go to Manuf. web site and measure size specs before or you might be as surprised as I was. Other then that not a single draw back.
Summary: Aside from its size the beta C360 puts out amazing sound and so clear you'll be as shocked as we were. It was pretty buly so we had to set it on a low A/V tble below the projector screen. It looks very nice and somewhat classy. Clean and nice well built so leaving out isn't a problem your proud to let this speaker show.

Strengths: Supurb dynamic range, exceptional clarity and build quality.
Weaknesses: Huge 35lb speaker and nearly 24" wide. I wish that this speaker was biampable. The CMMD technology is incredable.
Summary: This speaker sounds amazing! Infinity has sacrificed all else for absolute sonic perfection. However, some of the things that they have sacrificed are: size, nearly 24" wide, weight over 24.5lbs, and...that is pretty much it. But, I do wish that this speaker was bi-ampable. It can handle up to 200 watts and the only way to get that high is using two amps at once (for those who do not know what bi-ampable is). But even with the 90watts my Onkyo is dishing out this it one amazing speaker with fantastic highs and mids for the price. After buying this speaker, would I buy it again...with out a single second of doubt. (as long as my TV could handle its weight)

Strengths: clear dialouge
Weaknesses: Unexpected size, out of production
Summary: This speaker is very clear and it sounds great. This center channel is very large in size, but that is because it houses two 6 1/2 inch woofers. It works in my setup, but it may look goofy next to a 27 inch tv.

Strengths: Tremendous sound and performance. Sound quality compliments a variety of surround speakers. good efficiency - my receiver actually reduced the output -3dB and my front speakers are big Klipsch
Weaknesses: Big and heavy although that doesn't bother me one bit.
Summary: I don't buy the "timbre-matched" line of thinking with surround systems so I like my center-channel speaker to have a rich full range that suits all voices despite "bright" surround and powerful front speakers and this unit does it very well. It seems to made well but the grille badge was mounted upside down on one of the two 360s I bought.

Strengths: Three way design, good drivers, metal grill to protect against accidental punctures, adjusting rod on back to level it on the display, excellent sound.
Weaknesses: Must be careful when placing on top of display device due to sheer size and weght.
Summary: When I got it I was surprised at how hefty it was. It took some careful maneuvering to get it set symetrically on top of the TV. Once it was adjusted with the slide up/down rod on the back for level, I could just park it and forget it. This speaker really holds its own and can take whatever sounds dished to it. So really, the size of it is just assurance that it will perform. Once someone gets a center channel of this caliber, they will never go back to anything less. I am sure I will be using this for many many years to come.
